Insolvency and restructuring specialist law firm Schultze & Braun announces the further strengthening of its international practice with the appointment of senior director Frank Tschentscher, Attorney-at-law in Germany and Solicitor in England and Wales.
Mr
Tschentscher will work from both the London and Frankfurt offices
advising debtors, creditors and administrators. As a qualified
solicitor in both England & Wales and in Germany, he brings eight
years of experience from his career based in the UK and has practised
law in both jurisdictions.
Dr Annerose Tashiro, Head of Cross-Border Insolvency & Restructuring, states: “Frank’s great experience in the UK and Germany and his dual qualification in these countries further enhances Schultze & Braun’s international practice. This makes him one of only a handful of German lawyers with practical experience practicing English and German law in both jurisdictions."
Frank’s joining means that Schultze & Braun is in an even stronger position to advise UK banks, financial institutions, creditors, administrators and other law firms on the German and international legal aspects of cross-border issues involving Britain and Germany. Frank’s pre- and post-insolvency legal experience and particular work in restructuring is especially valuable in the current economic climate.
Before joining Schultze & Braun Mr Tschentscher was a partner at leading regional law firm Geldards LLP and the head of the firm’s German Team.
