Eyevis’ business operations fully financed

  • Successful discussions with financiers of the manufacturer of technology for projection and large screen systems
  • All present orders are now supplied to customers on confirmed delivery dates - new orders are accepted
  • Preliminary insolvency administrator Dr Holger Leichtle from Schultze & Braun registers strong interest from potential investors

Reutlingen (Germany). Around five weeks after the start of the preliminary insolvency proceedings, business operations at eyevis, a manufacturer of projection and large-screen technology based in Reutlingen, are stable. “In discussions with our financiers, we were able to conclude an agreement that fully finances the business operations. Eyevis is able to execute all existing orders and accept new orders. The further delivery by our business partners is also ensured, so that all confirmed target delivery dates can be met,” Dr Holger Leichtle, the preliminary insolvency administrator from Schultze & Braun, emphasizes.

Both the customers and the employees actively support the ongoing restructuring through insolvency proceedings. “All employees show full commitment and our customers do not withdraw their orders. On the contrary, existing orders are confirmed and new ones placed,“ Leichtle reports delightedly. This positive response from the market also beneficially affects the ongoing international M&A process.

In the past few weeks, numerous potential investors have been specifically addressed. The response is positive: “We are seeing a great deal of interest and expect the first non-binding offers in the coming weeks. This shows that eyevis is a strong and still popular player in the market,” says Leichtle. The goal is to successfully finalise the investor process within the coming months.
