Investor process at SaarGummi not yet finalized
As opposed to contrary announcements to the effect that the Polish plastics manu-facturer Boryszew has acquired parts of the SaarGummi Group, the two provisional insolvency administrators involved in the selling process, Jean-Olivier Boghossian and Udo Gröner, have stated that these announcements are inaccurate. It is true that the investor process is at a far advanced stage and should be completed in the next weeks. Both provisional insolvency administrators emphasise that the aim is to sell the SaarGummi Group as a whole.
